Clinics At Extra Innings
Extra Innings offers indoor comprehensive clinics throughout the year for players ages 6-18. These clinics emphasize fundamental improvement for young players and advance training for older players. All clinics are designed to enhance their skills and to gain a competitive advantage.
Participation is limited to assure quality instruction.
October – Baseball / Softball Hitting Class
This Hitting class focuses on the mechanics of hitting. Our instructors will conduct a detailed point-by-point inspection of the stance grip and swing and will correct any flaws or problems. Batting tunnels and the training room (if needed) will be utilized. This is a great way to continue your off-season training program! Space is limited.

Nov Strength & Conditioning Class
This is your chance to train like professional athletes. Kansas City Royals Strength and Conditioning Coach Joey Greany is one of the brightest young minds in the sports performance field. This science based program focuses on all biomotor abilities which include speed, power, strength, flexibility, mobility, agility, and balance. Most training programs isolate muscle groups.
